When you buy milled corn from Bluegrass Farms you can have confidence. We own and manage a rather unique closed loop system; we grow and harvest our own NON-GMO grains, and use a double-pair roller mill process to create a consistent grind.  To deliver freshness, we mill to order, ensuring we preserve the natural flavors in the grain.  Our corn is tested for quality and purity by a third-party laboratory.  Testing results are provided with each order
